They were short staffed at the time, which the girl at the drive through window let me know. I had to open my door to pass my credit card to her since they were backed up getting orders out. I paid and she gave us our drinks told me where to park to wait for our food.

Ordered food through mobile ordering for pick up in the drive through window. Pulled up to the speaker and was told they would be right with me. Waited for 15 minutes, no one ever talked to me again. Another car pulled up to the other speaker and they talked to them right away. So I pulled around to the window and just told them I was there for my order and that I had tried to check in through the speaker but no one would talk to me. They were very rude about it and slammed the window shut in my face. Then when we did get our food the majority of it was messed up and not to order. I have given this place benefit of the doubt since they have opened, but come on! There is no reason for someone to be rude like that.

Then the second time I went and was told they didnt have my mobile order, I reconfirmed showing my phone so the worker went back inside and I waited for them to bring my food. Took 30 minutes to get a mobile order that was just a fry. There was one other person in there. If it wouldn’t have been a mobile I wouldn’t have even bothered. They are very rude in there.
