I was in drive through. My mom wanted ketchup. The lady at the drive through widow goes WHAT ACTING LIKE SHE COULDNT HEAR. I stated ketchup. I am disabled which I talk alittle louder than normal. The lady at the drive through goes you don’t need to yell nor get mouthly. I wasn’t loud nor mouthly all I asked was ketchup and she was the one getting rude and slammed the window shut and started laughing. This is uncalled for.

Incredibly nice service & food was delicious, came to drive thru shortly before closing but they made all the food fresh so I was pleased with that. This location has a big parking lot, wider drive thru, kids’ play area and easily identifiable sign from the road so, design-wise, definitely some great work done on this restaurant.

This is a pretty nice BK. I do mostly drive through and have had no problems with food quality. I think they have done a lot better in the pandemic trying to stay more consistent than some other fast food restaurants in the area were able to.

Usually have always been good but last several times customer service has been awful. If you want people to notify you about coupons when ordering and not when you pay….PUT A DANG SIGN UP! Can’t expect everyone to know that especially non locals. Also the one employee is whack he’s tall with glasses and black hair and a mustache which desperately needs a shave.

It was like it was sitting where they put the sandwiches and just gave it to the assembler and they picked off the onions and added a few more pickles. The cheese was even looking bad. The fries were even bad. A total waste of $17 and some change. I will never go there again. Even the manager had a bad attitude and was getting nasty with the customers. Horrible experience.
