The fries were close to being cold. I ordered medium drink and didn’t get it. My boyfriend wanted a combo and just got a sandwich and wasn’t even asked if he wanted the combo because the cashier was in a hurry. She was going to give my boyfriend the meal since she didn’t ask and he only then got a drink. I didn’t get a drink and paid for a medium coke.

It’s a typical Burger King. Food was good and the onion rings were great. 🙂 I ordered via their app and found out they don’t start preparing food until you arrive. I understand that but I’m removing one star due to the wait and the staff that was not real motivated or friendly. It is a typical BurgerKing.

I had called ahead between 10:30 and 11 am to pre order 10 value your way meals to be picked up at 5pm. Upon arrival, to location at 5:05 pm the meals had not even been started to be cooked or put together. Upon telling the counter person I was there to pick up a pre order the supervisor on duty went to the back and bought out the paper with the order written on it as well as the pick up time. 45 minutes later I was walking out the door with my order. Never again! I will go to Wendys across the street. Two weeks ago I did a pre order with them. Upon arrival all meals were ready and drinks poured and waiting for me.
