Ordered on the app. And customized my two Whoppers and neither one of them was correct. All I got on my Whopper was a piece of meat. Two pickles and about a teaspoon of ketchup and that was nowhere near what I ordered on either one of my whoppers like I did it on the app. Can nobody read it to get it correct? Very upset cuz didn’t find out until I got all the way home and I’m not going to drive all the way back to the restaurant for them to fix it. I shouldn’t have to.

I ordered delivery on the app and forgot to remove the lettuce from my sandwich. Ryan who answered the phone we incredibly rude and said “so I have to remake these plain!?” I said yes please if you could, i apologize for the mix up and then he slammed the phone down to hang up on me. Not entirely sure what the attitude was for considering it was an honest mistake. Then to be hung up on was simply childish. Hope he isn’t in a management position talking to customers like this.

They get orders wrong all the time AND THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES HORRIBLY. They can’t keep employees because of how they talk down to the employees and yell at them and tell them how replaceable they are. That plus one of the supervisors smokes cigarettes inside the restaurant too.

So, as you can see from the receipt I ordered extra pickles and extra crispy onions and as you can see from the pictures they call this heavy. Apparently Burger kings idea of heavy is (1)one pickle and (1)one crispy onion, and by the way THE pickle wasn’t even on the burger it was in the wrapping! I can only assume the cook thought it was funny to give me one of each when I asked for extra of both. I would have asked the cook but when I called they didn’t answer the phone.
