This is the best Burger King. I drive all over the country and always have pleasant experience’s, but this one takes the cake.. or pie? (They gave me an extra piece of Hershey Pie for being out of cookies, no big deal!) the young man was so pleasant, I didn’t catch his name but the food is fresh, the staff is friendly and I just really enjoyed me experience. They didn’t had impossible burger also when I order soft serve cone ice cream, there response was that they turn off the soft serve machine at 5pm. This is the first time I heard that Burger King turn off there machine at 5pm. Really disappointed with there service. Their closing time is 10pm but they closed the store at 9pm. Went into order breakfast and ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants for my family and several other things. They had a sign up that says 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches for 5 dollars. When I paid and they pulled me up in drive thru to curb I looked at receipt and it said the 4 sandwiches for 19.98. When Manager came out with food I asked him why was I charged full price this was his response. You have to tell them because they don’t know the specials unless you tell them. That looks bad on him if his employees don’t know the specials. Burger king in carlisle pa on the pike.
