I normally have good experiences here, so I was pretty surprised to find that some worker there found it acceptable to serve a completely incinerated burger bun instead of just replacing the thing. It wasn’t even a good char either, it was straight up burnt to a crisp. This is behavior I’ve come to expect from every single Wendy’s in the area, not Burger King. The worker I spoke with on the phone was kind about it. I hope this is just a one off.

In all honesty I’ve been here before maybe twice an never did I have a bad experience. Let me say the manager was beyond rude, the staff working the food line were 2 busy gossiping bout another worker. The 2 girls up front looked pissed and they had all the right as the pissy manager was nasty to them and overhead these staff never got their breaks and got smart when they asked if one of them could. Not only that the guy making the sandwiches never changed his gloves watched as he put raw food in the fryers then grab it with no tongs then itch his arm, again same gloves. That’s a major health risk and cross-contamination. And said manager let part of my order (fries) sit out while I waited more than 10mins and other customers got theirs before me and another customer said “you’ve been here a bit”. After asking for news fries to replace said ones that sat out, the manager got smart n kept saying it’s still warm. Upon giving me my order with replaced items she smartly said the same thing again. Ignored it and politely thanked and left. Truly this place has gone down hill. The two girls in the front were the friendliest and by far deserve much better.

Never in my life have I had to give a bad review to any place I have visited. This place is just down right awful. Placed an order for dine in & it was handed to me in a bag. When told it was for here they said they don’t have trays at this Burger King. Ok then, sit down to eat & take the fries out of the bag and they are covered in “crumbs” from God knows what. When asked for new fries they said it will take half an hour as they were changing the oil in that very moment. They suggested I just eat them as there was nothing wrong with them! I asked for a refund & was told they couldn’t give me a refund because my order was more than $10 (my order was $10.60). Offered to give me any food I wanted, I wanted what I ordered, and obviously the oil was old if they were changing it at 8pm on a Friday evening, so I declined that offer. And honestly the smell of what I call “old oil” was definitely present and I just thought it was in my head. In the end the manager rudely refunded me for the fries only, said there was nothing else she could do for me & walked away. I left and after I got in my car I could see a group of the workers huddled around by the counter and it seemed they were making fun of me. We were the only customers there at the time & I think the drive thru had 2 cars when we went it. And to top it off with so many employee there and the dining room tables were dirty! Too bad you can’t give zero stars on here. Never again Burger King.

The burger king app wasn’t working so I couldn’t get the special . I did get the whopper junior. They are micro in size now! You can’t even see the burger. I have super petite hands and I can hold the bun in the palm of my hand I even took a picture of how it compares to the fry. They did give a substantial amount of overflowing fries but they tasted a little stale and old. I did order a senior citizen drink for .50. It was surprisingly big. It was more like medium. You can see how it almost hides a straw. The service was slow and the restaurant and drive in weren’t that busy. I was there about 7:30 pm

Young man in drive through want paying attention while I was ordering and had to repeat myself, I asked for an ice water he wanted to give me a bottle I said ice water please. Got to the window and gave me my cup half filled with water I had to ask him to fill it more. When asked for strawberry jelly didn’t even have that tried to offer me grape while I’m allergic. Didn’t even go check in the back for jelly. If it wasn’t for it being close to my job I wouldn’t have came here. Sorry.

Store was not busy but the lady who took the order seemed as if she didn’t want to work. One of the cooks threw a mustard bottle and had mustard all over the prep line. Pieces from the plastic bottle flew into the diner. Seems like a newer store.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30+min only to keep getting skipped 2-3 cars. I guess who ever was taking ordered forgot that there’s two lines. Drove off and got McDonald’s.
