We stopped in at about 1:40 on a Sunday Afternoon. There was no wait to order. The cashier was friendly, the food was hot and the restaurant was fairly clean. Only three stars on atmosphere because it *is* a fast food place not usually designed for “atmosphere”.

Sitting in drive through now for 15 minutes when only 1 car is in front of us. Girl asked what we wanted, we started to tell her and she said oh wait I’ll be right with you and we sat there another 5 minutes until she came back and we could order. The car in front of us is still waiting on her food so who knows when we will have ours. This is my first time here and probably won’t be back to this location.

Rude employees. How can you continually mess up food. You know how it’s made. Why do you never put the sauce on the Jr. Breakfast burritos. I may come here once a month and I get the same thing and it never has the sauce!! Plus I order 2 burritos and I’m made to pull around and wait 15 min and there is NO ONE ELSE IN LINE! Today I changed it up and asked for French toast sticks and she kept saying so you want 3!! Lol I’m like no just one order. No 3. No 1. She very rudely explains it comes as 3 or 5. Which I was not aware of, like I said I don’t eat here but usually once a month if that! So I ordered 1 burrito and 1 (3 piece) French toast and guess what I had to pull around and wait! It’s been 7 min!! NOBODY IS IN LINE! I considered calling into the manager but I HIGHLY DOUBT that will do any good! So this will DEFINITELY be my last visit here! Do better BK!!

I always go here normally after work on weekends but when they said they couldn’t find my order even though o had the confirmation screen and email up they said they still couldn’t make the sandwich which I don’t find is true when something is wrong with their system and just said to get a refund through the app even though all that is a coupon

For a Burger King, it is very mediocre. Our orders are continuously wrong. Just this last time, they managed to mess up one order three times. Although, it is possible the one time was our fault. We ordered on the app and it is possible we misclicked and accidentally added mayo but we also had the app not work right for the drink in the same order so who knows. The second time, they fixed our burger that had mayo we didn’t want on it by removing not only the mayo but half the toppings. Out of the three burgers, we were able to keep two. We expressed we would eat the last burger so hopefully that burger went to an employee and not the trash. My other big problem is that the owners are cheapskates. They already understaff the place and charge for extra sauces, but they really go the extra mile by watering down the sodas. Every. Single. Soda. I have gotten was watered down. At least the diet soda had enough carbonation to cover it up. The drive thru is never busy and I can see why. The place would be a lot better with owners who aren’t all about the money. I understand that because of COVID that things are expensive but why am I paying $3 for watery soda? I also don’t want to pay to sit there for 10-20 minutes to fix the order just for the rest of the food to be cold by the time we get home.
