Horrible first experience here. Stopped to get an iced coffee (I’ve never had burger kings coffee before). The lady who took my order started off being rude for no reason – giving attitude about my simple question about the menu items. But what really got me was – I asked her ‘is the vanilla iced coffee going to be sweet?’ And she replied in the most annoyed/sarcastic tone, ‘uhhhhhh yeah???’ . As if I was supposed to already know how their coffee was made. So I said back in the same tone, ‘sorry..I’ve never been here beforeeeee?’ And then she switched her attitude to nice. She was a short middle aged lady with a raspy voice. I came around 7:50am Tuesday morning April 25th. This woman also was working at the window where she continued to be nice, but it was awkward and strange for her to treat me like that for no reason. It was such an unpleasant experience where I have no desire to ever go to that BK again
