Been a steady customer for years. Always very happy with drive thru staff until recently. They don’t seem to take the same pride in their work as others did before. There are still some great workers, but overall, customer courtesy doesn’t seem to exist anymore and they don’t pay attention to special requests. How hard can it be to leave the tomatoes off the burger?

Come on Burger King drive-thru! I use to be a fan. I don’t know who’s working there now, but you have to have more pride in your product! Tonight in my Whopper sandwich I found the stem of the lettuce! In addition, the napkins look like someone shoved used napkins in. Just be more careful and take pride in what you produce. We are paying enough for that.

The food and service was great. The drive through however was not designed with cars in mind. The turn to get from the order point to the window was incredibly tight. So much so that even after I misjudged the turn and damaged my rim and tire on the high curb, I still had to back up to make the turn properly.
