Terrible experience. Went through the drive thru about 2 hours ago. It took almost 10 minutes for our order to arrive. Cold fries and other food and no notification as to why it was taking so long. The food was disgusting. Wish we could get a refund. We will not be going back there any time soon.

Food is okay but the drive through takes forever. I sat waiting to order for maybe 10 minutes and finally someone speaks through the box. I was the only person in the drive through, so definitely not a busy time. Then they took forever to prepare a very easy order. I know places are understaffed during Covid but come on. Starbucks is very understaffed and that line goes by in the blink of an eye.
