I normally don’t complain about fast food, but this is getting ridiculous. Three times I’ve been there for breakfast sandwiches, and three times one side of egg is burnt and rubbery. So bad you have to/can literally peel off the burnt in order to tolerate it. And Never a Receipt included to complain directly! These photos are two weeks apart of fronts, backs. Disgusting and I’m done with it.

I strongly advise not to go to this restaurant. There were flies everywhere because the back door was propped open for no reason. There were no deliveries, no trucks, nothing. Drive-thru was closed. I was charged the wrong amount. I was given the wrong order. I was also not given a receipt. Whoever owns this restaurant should close it. I strongly believe this restaurant should be closed.

Came through the drive-thru a few minutes ago. It appeared to be no one in front of me weighted wild for my order to be taken. After receiving food told drive-thru girl it took a long time she explained my coffee was being brute fresh. After I drove away I realized my hash browns were cold and they were not kept up to our whole time. I got old food and when I called the shift supervisor to explain I got old food I was then told I was a liar and then they hung up on me.

The absolute slowest and most unorganized fast food place I’ve ever been to. Had to wait in the drive thru line for 30 minutes JUST to pick up a mobile order with no one else in line! The woman who takes the orders needs to either turn her hearing aid up or turn the speakers up on the headset she’s wearing, and girl needs to lose her attitude! This is the location that should be shut down based on service alone, not the ones recently that have been. Get it together and figure it the hell out, BK!

I thought they closed at 1am but apparently it’s 12:30 now, just wanted to let everyone know 🙂 . I guess the closers can’t handle that extra 30 mins. It’s a little hard to rate my experience when I was prevented from even having one. Thank God wendys employees aren’t as lazy, took my order at 12:59 and they also close @1am.

I ordered two meals and asked for two sauces. Per the manager “it is company policy to only give sauces for orders that are nuggets” come on burger king! TIP: give the customer what they ask for.. especially if it comes down to sauces. This shouldn’t even be a topic of discussion! Effin Joke. Get it together. . The customer is always right. #ridiculous

The MOTTO is “Have it your way” but when asking if I could have extra egg (i would Pay for) on my breakfast sandwich I was informed the District Lead “DL” instructed to “No longer allow that order” the franchise is a struggling to stay around and for “DL’s” to go against the companys VERY MOTTO is baffling to me. The only way I was “Allowed” to order is a side order if an egg, placed in a separate wrap, and dine myself. My question to the franchise owner is, why advertise “Have it your way” if a SIMPLE request was ridiculed and looked upon as it were an IMPOSSIBLE TASK. there’s a Wendy’s, taco bell, Manhattan bagel and New York bagel ALL within 200 feet of this place. Good luck staying open as it’s this very unreasonable reaction that will insure the downfall of this dieing franchise

Drive thru took over twenty minutes because they were making fresh chicken at night. My order didn’t include chicken and after waiting for someone else’s order ahead of me my order was cold. They should have asked the person to wait for their food while I got mine so it wouldn’t be cold. Terrible service

I cannot give this establishment any stars at all. My experience here will speak for it. I ordered my food online to be picked up at the drive thru. When I got there I was told “I’ll be right there”. Seven minutes passed and I said “hello” to the speaker and I was answered “I’ll be there”. After five minutes I tried to get somebody’s attention by telling them I’ve been waiting for the order for the last 15 minutes. An angry voiced told me that I am being rude and that they a lot of customers inside. Then another angry voice of a man this time telling me to leave if I cannot wait and again calling me rude. I was going to leave but another car was at the window. When it was my turn I told them about my order. Again I was called rude and and I was told they are not filling my order. The man even threaten to call the police on me. I just drove away and I told my 15 year old son I’m sorry he will have to witness this kind of attitude from a establishment that is supposed to be nice when giving service to customers. I told him we will not be back to this place.
