This Burger King reopened over a week ago and the Burger King App is still not functioning in ANY way. There is no sign at the drive-thru or on the entrances to let you know about this problem. If you were hoping to use, or need to use the app to pay, and get trapped in the drive-thru line, you will waste 15 minutes or more of your time, and fuel. The restaurant manager who I spoke directly to about this was unable or unwilling to assist in any way. It was very apparent that she simply didn’t care about a customer’s time, money or overall experience.

This was a pretty nice Burger King location. The dining room was open and the people working inside were nice. Service was very fast and my food was ready quickly. About half of the table were blocked off for social distancing, and there was a sign saying that self serve drink refills needed to get a new cup from the counter. There were no trash cans outside, which was a bit annoying.
