Update, half hour later i went backcfor the replacement and they gave me a completely different sandwich this time.. How do you go from a bacon double cheeseburger to a regular cheesburger?! Absolutely terrible. Theyre not short staffed. There were about 6 workers in the restaurant. Ive worked at wendys and had a crew of 4 or 5 during rushes and never had a problem where we messed up THIS bad. Looks like I’m gonna have to find the GM or the District managers number.

Morning manager is always rude , doesn’t say good morning and doesnt care about the people she serves. She just does what she feels like. Food has been sub par multiple times throughout the week. Food is never actually fresh unless you ask for it to be. Ive Been handed cold food multiple times, With little to no reimbursement. i don’t know who the owner of that place is but I suggest he finds a replacement for her before she starts costing him/her money due to poor people skills and lack of preparedness in light of her position.

Terrible service. After ordering several times repeating what what I wanted was told with a laugh we are out of Whoppers. Left without buying anything. Will never go back. Need to work on their customer service. We were screwed with on purpose, once again will never go back to Burger King again. East Stroudsburg location
