I ordered a whopper Jr. ,And I got a cheese Burger with 4 onions , missing the burger and bacon . Also gave me a potato bun . Reordered And got cold bacon , wrong condiment ,FIVE!! ONIONS ,AND THE WAS FREEZER TEMPERATURE . I live nearby,and I had to bring the workers back inside because they were stoned in the front . Update: 3 day stomach virus . First the drive through was closed but there was no sign or any indication of this. My dad ordered a #1 with cheese and no lettuce. Please tell me what in this photo is a whopper??? Also he ordered onion rings. I didn’t realize chicken nuggets were now called onion rings. And finally the last grey looking sandwich which was not ordered by us at all. To whoever runs this location you should honestly just close. As someone that has worked in the food industry for years this is embarrassing on your part and frustrating for the customer. I recommend anyone looking for something quick and convenient go somewhere else bc this was not even close to that. I recommend visiting Wendy’s right around the corner, or even the local deli. I hope whoever reads this finds it helpful when deciding if you should eat here. I would give it 0 stars but sadly I can’t. Have a great day!

This is by far the WORST fast food I had ever gone to we went here to try to get food quickly like in the name “fast food” we ordered and waited literally 25/30 minutes to get our food it was insane we just stood there waited for 30 minutes and all we were hearing was the workers talking which is fine but when you realize there is what looks to be 8 people there and 2-3 are actually working they forgot about our order we found out it was sitting right in front of us on a hearing lamp but somehow they were making the frys the entire time ? Luckily the food was fine but it is not worth it there is a Wendy’s close to it just go there.

Ordered the new impossible king. They didn’t know what I was talking about. Then when they understood what im ordering they didn’t make it correctly. There was no cheese. And cold fries.

This place has gone so far downhill and it makes me sad because this was my first job. I went in there yesterday to get food and I saw who I assume to be the GM walking around in a grey shirt and leggings, no semblance of uniform whatsoever. She was also chewing gum at front counter with her mouth open. My food was wrapped so horribly that I’m even surprised it was wrapped at all. She also yelled from the front of the store to the back of the store for an employee to get off his phone instead of walking back and telling him. I don’t think I’ll be back if I can help it
