I work nearby and come here once a week or so. They consistently mess up my orders, and at least once every couple months I’m stuck waiting 15 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me, regardless of whether it’s inside or at the drive through.

Went through the drive-thru at about 11:30 a.m. ordered five sandwiches fries and onion rings. Drove home to find out I was two sandwiches short and no fries. Drove back to Burger King waited in line 15 minutes to get my two sandwiches. fast food?

I love the woman order taker that works day shift. She is a true professional. You can hear the smile in her voice. All I know of her is the time I go (about 1:15 or a little later and it’s usually Mon-Fri) I added this information in the hope that the manager can determine who she I, and acknowledge her exceptional service. I wish there was more like her in any customer service related jobs.

For the last 3 months I’ve had lunch here almost everyday between 12 and 130. Jasmine, and the gentleman whos name i don’t have. They are the most polite positive people. They are always on point! The recipe won’t let me make reviews and idk why. Ty Jasmine and bearded window man. Always have my zesty in my bag for me! This is the A team.

Consistent poor service. Each time I hope it gets better and it never does. Incorrect order, and missing items I was charged for. I tried calling the store, after calling more than a few times with no answer, someone finally picked up the phone and hung right up. We need better leadership and training here. I absolutely will not spend my money here.
