Went to the drive through for dinner, had a mistake with my order, which happens as we are all human. Went inside and was happily helped and my issue was resolved. However my rating is because while I was inside, there was a cashier, I believe his name tag said Issac, he made a small mistake, so his manager began chewing him out in front of customers. Honestly my experience was fine until I saw the horrible way that manager treated his staff. Sorry you had to deal with that, Issac. Shame on Burger King for allowing such awful behavior from a member of management. No one should ever get yelled at for a mistake, and especially so at the caliber it was today and in front of customers. Treat your staff better and you might not have a shortage right now.
