Stopping by a fast food place shouldn’t take 15 minutes in a 2 car line. 2 of the 3 sandwiches shouldn’t have been wrong for waiting that long. When I went back in to get them fixed there was one adult manager and 6 or 7 what looked like high school kids standing around. The one that helped me with the wrong sandwiches had an attitude with myself and other customers. Safe to say we won’t be back for a while hope this place gets their act together

The worst fast food experience in my life. Store runs in complete disarray with zero staff knowledge, service and accountability. I was asked to check my order myself to make sure it was correct, which guess what, it was not. Absolutely never again.

The worst place I have been to. OMG waited 40 minutes in the drive through for my food and when I got it, it was cold. Wow you guys. Please close your business. The only reason for my wait is because I already paid for the food in the app. Please close your business. Someday someone will snap for your service.

They need to update their hours. Said they were open until 12am on Google maps, showed up at 9:30pm and there’s employees sitting on the tables with the doors locked and they’re just staring at us. They’re not even closing the restaurant, just sitting there. Unprofessional, very disappointing. Don’t say you’re open when you’re not – wasted our gasoline, money, and time.

My pregnancy cravings have been all over the place so of course last night I wanted Burger King. I had a coupon for myself and my fiancé I wanted to use and thought it would be easy enough walking in and both get separate orders. WRONG. The hours for the dining room say 9 but when we got there at 8 the doors were locked. Absolutely ridiculous, I waddle my pregnant self back into the car and through the drive thru and tell them I have two separate orders to place (since their doors are locked before closing time of the dining area) I sat waiting for my food for nearly 15-20 minutes once I paid. One girl was just on her phone, another guy just had 2 packs of cigarettes sitting on the counter. I will never come to this location again. Should have read the other reviews before coming here

The customer service app wasn’t functioning. So I just wanted to leave a review. There was an incident where they ran out of a kids order item after I paid for it. Brittney (I believe the shift lead) went out of her way to make it right. And I really appreciate her customer service. The restaurant was clean. The staff was courteous. It was a good experience.

Sunday, ordered 2 new bacon melt..only one patty on each. Monday, tried it again. 2 melts. Bread not toasted, no onions, no sauce. Just 2 patties and melted cheese on bread. Need to teach employees on new products
