Every time I go to this location they always get my order wrong. I only go because they are close. I literally have to get the receipt and check Every time. They usually forget all the fries and sauces or if you say “no cheese” they will still give you cheese. They take your coupons, but forget to ring it up, so you get over charged if you don’t check. I don’t know how it’s possible to mess up so much and keep your job? There are plenty of workers but nobody seems to know what they’re doing when it comes to the register and packing an order. Avoid if you can.

Ate here all the time when I worked in the area for about a year. 4 Double cheeseburger, ketchup, no pickles or mustard. Not one time was the order screwed up. For people who give it a one, what are you expecting? It’s a fast food burger joint chain. You don’t like it, quit going back it’s simple. You should already know what to expect walking in the door or pulling in the drive thru. A pleasant attitude and please and thank you go A LONG way in today’s day and age.

I don’t expect much from burger king. But when their prices borderline sit down restaurant price anymore its pretty bad. Ordered 2 new jalepeno chicken sandwiches. Neither had bacon on them. Ordered pretzel chicken fries. Got regular. Then asked if they were pretzel and were told the were. When they were definitely not. I used the bathroom when leaving and the was someone in there shaving their face in the mirror at the sink. WOW.

Management needs to step up and get more help there. One guy was there a few nights ago. ONE guy. At dinnertime. Sat in drive thru for 28 minutes. That poor kid was hustling and I felt so bad when I finally got up to the window only to find out he was on his own. That kid needs a BIG raise because he didn’t break a sweat and was kind and apologetic. Five stars for the kid. 1 star for the lack of management there. Been like this for years.

The most Rude and mean employees I’ve come across in a very long time… no one ever picked their head up to look at me, let alone say Hi to anyone!! Every employee had head phones in or was on their phone. The place was dirty and needs a complete overhaul. Gross

Service was crappy. They speak to you as if they are rushing you. Even if your the only one in line altogether. The food is always burnt and or old, dry and seems like it sat under the heaters for a very long time. People bringing kids to work and having them in the back by the food. Its just a lazy mad house in there. Completely disgraceful.

Son got sick from Happy meals two times in a row.. we thought maybe the first time was a fluke but this is the second time he was sick from a burger from this place. I don’t think they’re cycling properly through the food during the day or something but to go along with how rude the staff is I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re doing something not correctly. This place should be shut down.

This is the worst Burger King. Worst service. Staff is rude. Long wait. Dirty restroom. Many times we’ve had problems here. We now leave town and go to a different store. Time to get new staff. Worst it’s been in all the years of living in the town. Poor lousey dirty negative five avoid at all times!!

Drove 15 minutes to get burger king. I drove past plenty of other places to get food. I drive up the menu, and it tells me to come back during normal working times…this was around 10:15pm. I would rather drive a half hour to the next closest BK. Not impressed with this location at all!

I just ordered the 2 for 5 big fish. Well it was either forgotten in the fryer or was laying out for a while and dipped back into the grease. Worst experience of the 2 for 5 deal, the fish was dripping with fryer grease and covered the inside of the wrapper as well. The golden brown was just dark brown hanging over the buns. The fish looked sad/unhappy which is hard for a dead processed fish to do.
