Quick service , food hot and good. They always seem empty so I wouldn’t normally go here. Ordered an impossible whooper yeah don’t order this i thought she said grass fed beef its actually a fake meat looked inedible. What is Wrong with this location! Ive been to this location twice. I went there on a Tuesday around 1pm. No one was in line (first red flag), I ordered the American chicken meal. WHY is the chicken burnt and but the sandwich feels cold!?!? This location doesn’t get the business McDonalds or Wendys gets so the food shouldn’t be this bad! Guess I just answered my own question…

I Pulled in the drive through yesterday, Friday night a 7:50pm in Middletown, DE off 301 and was told I could not order at the drive through window but instead needed to leave, park and order online through an app… No cars were in the drive through but a few were in the parking lot with their lights on. That’s when I realized they were all trying to do what they were informed they needed to do. I proceeded to watch the workers indoors put 20 to 50 burger kind crowns on their arms and run around chasing each other inside with nothing to do. I am not familiar with ordering through an app and did not have enough space in my phone to download it. In fact I felt stupid even attempting to do this rather than leaving. If it wasn’t for the fact that my kids were hungry and i didnt feel like driving further, i would not have even tried. What kind of company has a drive through window and does not allow you to order face to face and makes you leave to order???? Clearly the workers had plenty of time on their hands and Burger King chooses to put their customers out for what purpose?? You ask your customers to leave and order online and then return when it’s ready??? That’s not fast food. I stop at a fast food place because Im driving and can not operate my phone while driving and I’m told I need to leave to order online and then return when it’s ready while you play inside?? You definitely should not be in business if this is how you choose to operate! What an embarrassing world we live in and Burger King clearly is part of the problem! Shame shame.

This probably the second worst Burger King that I have been to. The Whopper Jr meat was dried out. My onion rings were also warm and stale. Isn’t there a length of time when food expires and should not be served? They were slow and there was only one car ahead. You are the only one in Middletown… Do better!!

This place is an absolute joke. I just went there this morning for breakfast. The sign out front clearly says “Now open for breakfast at 8:30″. I pull into the drive thru and the girl says ” I’m sorry, but we don’t open until 11am”. I said to her, “you don’t do breakfast anymore”? After a 10 second pause she finally responds with “no”. I said “but what about the big sign out front”? She responded with “we open at 11”.

BEWARE DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! The manager there is BEYOND rude. French fries were cold cheese burger barely warm cheese was not and could not melt because burger was barely warm. I visited during lunch hours NO line in drive thru yet was rushed by manager as though they had 20 cars in line. Now the crazy hours doesn’t even make it worth visiting anymore. Wasted $16 on a meal that was the WORST!!! BEWARE DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
