Cynthia and Maurice carry this whole entire establishment. Every time I eat here they are so nice, helpful and give great customer service! AND the food is always good when those 2 are there. There is one lady named Monica who works there and claims to be a manager, she is always so rude and the food is gross, old and soggy. Me and my bf will go inside and check to see who is working. If Cynthia or Maurice are working we will order. If Monica Is there we walk right out and go somewhere else.

I like Zesty sauce and it is not included in deliveries or listed as an option. MANY TIMES after placing a delivery order online, I have called to request the inclusion of some sauce. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVER! I have tried at various times of the day and the service is appalling. The place also is pretty dirty.

Terrible terrible service. Their drive thru was not working so I pulled to the window where I was yelled at and told “we knew you were out there, we are busy we get busy sometimes you won’t get what you want fast!!!” And boy was he right the food was somehow both cold and burnt!
