Worst experience ever !!! Just left there in the drive through line, the employee working the drive through just cursed me out because she claimed she was working by herself and suddenly closed the entire store as I was sitting in the long line. This is unexceptable behavior. You do not treat the customer like that. I didn’t do anything to her to be spoken to like that. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I will never go to that Burger King ever again. If she doesn’t like her job QUIT !!!

Been going to this establishment since 2007. If it’s not one thing it’s another from running out of burgers or chicken, to not having change for cash orders. Almost every time I have been here either orders are wrong or out of items. I’m still confused to how they are still open. Only reason I can think of is convenience for residents because it’s one of 2 fast food restaurants in the whole Accokeek.

So as I came there today on 18 July 2021, it says that the dining room hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. This is certainly not even close to the truth as the doors have been locked all day and only use the drive-through. I am unsure why because there’s nothing labeled on the door saying the dining room is closed. Please put something in your door stating that the dining room is closed. Don’t just lock the doors and have to go question it because you need to realize that the customer must be aware of any issues that are going on that may result in closure.
