My first visit at this location and it was through the BK App for pick up at drive thru. I received great customer service from the lady at the ordering intercom. On my particular trip the drive thru was very slow. I’m not sure if it was large orders or if it is normally a slower drive thru location. Order was correct.

The man in the picture is the store manger. I was placing a order with young man and he come out the back out of nowhere fussing at him for something he had no control over. Two pieces of trash outside that could have came from no where. If it wasn’t for that young man I would have had to stay in line for who knows how long. Cause the other female cashier walk right by me as if she didn’t care. I am a manger and I could tell the young man was fairly new. So if he took the effort to clear the line up. That should be rewarded. Not something to be down upon and made embarrassed about. Over the experience was ok. But that made me lower my rating

Never coming back to this store, nor should you. The manager spoke very rudely to my child. When I informed him that my child had autism, he still persisted. When I complained to Israel Mahapat, the owner, he told me “not to come back if I couldn’t respect the other customers.” That same owner degrades the staff (especially people of color – if you just listen him talking to his employees once, you would never want to eat here again) constantly in front of the customers. I’m going to corporate to file a complaint about this particular outlet. It’s sad that I can’t take my kid with special needs out for a whopper without a manager and an owner being nasty. Avoid this place.

Israel the manager doesn’t know how to treat his crew and constantly lies. Also burgers dont be cooked all the way got food poisoning and had a doctors note of being sick and still got fired. Then if u have a second job Israel will not work with ur schedule he only cares about him and his store not to help and be a good manager. Terrible management and terrible crew service.

It’s a hard NO for me! Don’t waste your time at this disorganized store. I tried the drive-thru but after 5 minutes realized it was not moving at all so I went in the store. After 15 minutes of standing at the counter and having received absolutely zero service, I decided the simple order of small fries I stopped for could wait. It didn’t look clean in there anyway.

This place is horrible!!! Always late to take your order at the drive thru. Often gets your order wrong or missing items. I’m done, never again will I go to this place. Good luck.
