Best food as always when it comes to Burger King. They provide high-quality food with minimal errors. I always choose Burger King over other fast food restaurants because it’s personally my favorite restaurant to eat at and because the food is prepared in less than 3 minutes. Another thing to mention is that I was able to receive sauces without bothering to ask for it. Other restaurants such as McDonalds make it so customers have to ask for specific sauces, whereas for Burger King, I didn’t even have to really think about it as much. The meal that I got is in the picture below was around $13 total and I can definitely say that it was worth it. (I used a coupon for my order as a side note). Three Cheeseburgers, Whoppers, and Medium Fries for a price like this is awesome, especially when it’s done right to my liking. Even if the meal doesn’t come with a drink, I always had the opportunity to order that separately. Besides that, my experience at every Burger King that I’ve ate at has been wonderful and I really can’t say much more but for Burger King to keep up with the exceptional restaurant management.

The food wasn’t hot. The employees were making so much noise talking and having fun. I walked in and there were three people at the registers talking and one person at the register that finally took my order. Won’t be going back there again.

I waited in the drive-through to place my order for a chicken sandwich. I was told to drive up to the first window, and when I arrive there there was no one there. I waited for a few minutes, and the line started to move and I just suppose that you were supposed to pay at the window where you got your food. Once I got to the window where you get your food, a woman came hollering at me you didn’t pay for your food at the first window. one to you didn’t pay you were supposed to pay at the first window. He was trying to get your attention and you didn’t pay. I advise her there was nobody there. I sat there I waited, and then the line started to move so I moved with the line. She would not give me my food without me, looping back through the line to pay at the first window. Needless to say I am now at Wendy’s.

I had a good experience when i went inside to get my food. The atmosphere is clean and staff is ok for the most part. I use the app to get deals on food i was going to get anyways. I went drive thru one night and i was in line for 30 mins without ordering no cap . Go inside get your food and get out in a flash with your hot food

The morning manager is always rude and nasty. They act like the condiments not for customers. Most of the time the coffee is cold and your order is wrong. They want everyone to pay with credit card. You give them change, it’s a problem. They have been out of coffee creamer cups awhile. And keep giving you a cup with creamer in it. Maybe I will start going to the Dunkin’ Donuts right across from them in the mornings instead of going there five days a week. I don’t know why I keep going back with the service I receive. Or maybe I will go to the one in Beltsville like I occasionally do to avoid the attitude at this location. They need to be more customer friendly, and the manager needs to get the chip off her shoulder.

Horrible horrible, I ordered on the app and they claimed they did not received the order. When I get there I was met with rude and impatient behavior. I showed the receipt and still did not get what I asked for. When I showed the whole order that includes all the changes I asked for they still claimed not to be able to get it. I now have to pay for another 2 onion rings. If your app doesn’t work why even have it? Do you need developers that know what they are doing???

Oh, this sly phone knows everything. I’m embarrassed for the world to know that I really like BK’s double cheeseburger with just pickles, ketchup and mustard. I always thought lettuce & tomatoes detracted from the beef burger experience, so I can’t objectively rate their signature Whopper. But they have chicken and fish sandwiches as well. Please don’t tell me that stripped of its, probably, artificial flavor and grill marks, our poor patty would be little different from its largest competitor. It still tastes better and doesn’t linger. Drive thru or sit-in, this location across from Goddard Space Center has adequate parking and an out-of-sight friendly and attentive staff. Hey, I don’t use the restrooms, but the seating area is clean and they have a large screen tv going. ✅ !
