recommend getting the app so you can get deals (like $3 whopper Wednesday) and rack up points to use on items. unfortunately it’s only 1 coupon per order. but I’m really really really really grateful that they have the coke freestyle machine bc I am able to get diet Sprite, diet root beer. pls never get rid of freestyle !!

We were never greeted. While placing our order, the Cashier (Lady), was rude. Like, she didn’t even want to be here. We were using the BK App. The app had a BOGO special. She was like, whatever you are doing, it’s not working. She offered no assistance. I finally got it working.

Sweet Honesty
Some Drive thru staff is very rude, for no reason. They seem unhappy working very poor customer service. The food is standard level good and the manager -Karl is very pleasant. It will be more convenient if the drive through had directions. You have to drive around a whole block to get to it.

Terrible service! They either need to shut this place down or get a new management team. The associates are rude with bad attitudes. Not one smile. We were told to pull out after the drive thru but no one was behind us. I honestly feel they did this on purpose. The service is slow as we waited over 20 minutes for our order. When I went inside for the order they were still rude. Why would they only have 3 people working in the morning?

Burger King store #9129 on 7106 Minstrel Way had the worst customer service ever! First off, I asked for spicy chicken fries, Employee # 661603 said we don’t have spicy fries today. I went to the soda machine, and they had run out of diet coke. When I inquired about diet coke being out, I was told to get diet Dr Pepper instead. My order was large fries and chicken fries. I only got two small half-full containers of ketchup. I went and asked for 4 more ketchup containers and was given one container and told we don’t have anymore to give you.

Person taking (drive through) order didn’t know Impossible King comes with cheese, so we had to go inside and show them google search result to get cheese on the burgers. Not sure if we got charged for the cheese slices since we didn’t get a receipt, so I’ll be looking at my cc statement for erroneous charge.

If I could give a 0 i would. Worst experience ever from all the Burger Kings i’ve been to. The General Manager mr.Howard was rude nothing polite at all. not good customer service. The bathroom had pubic hair all over and the soda machine was all dirty and sticky. The food was totally bad, ordered 2 whoppers and the bead was all burned and it smelled really bad. I am telling you i have been to other burger kings and they have way better customer service and their higiene is way better. Agin the general manager mr howard was really rude, no customer care shown at all!!!!
