Around 2:50am. I ordered two BBQ bacon Whopper Jr’s through the 24hr drive thru. Gave me two cold Whopper Jr’s. The late night crew is clearly doing whatever they want when it comes to the orders. Then the black girl taking the orders with sort blonde hair and attitude. After taking my order, slammed the drive thru window, knocking it off its track.

It was empty when I visited but staff member weren’t polite or friendly. Unlike the other Burger King locations these people won’t let you redeem the mail coupons for impossible whoppers instead of meat ones. Parking is dangerous because of their bumps and curves and drive through is narrow.

I just walked into this establishment to order food and was not greeted at all. There was no one else in line. I spoke and was not acknowledged. The manager could be seen just scrolling on her phone not acknowledging a customer was present. When I spoke up for myself no one offered an apology nor did anyone move to the registers to take my order. Shut this place down!

The manger of the evening shift. Light skin 5 feet in height black plants not only does she need to be demoted, but she definitely needs some coaching. As a manager I expect at all times especially dealing with African-American youth that there be a level of decorum and cadence I’ll have to say. Not only was she very rude and disrespectful and her approach regarding my meal. She also overreacted and wasn’t trying to hear anything that I was saying there was a new young lady who rang me up. I’m from the county so I’m used to being able to substitute cheddar cheese, and or shredded in place of American. That was a ghetto young lady that was trying to make front of the young lady at the register who was new and the manager shot me a face in which I ignored, but I was just a young lady when she asked her why would you bring his sandwich up with shredded cheese and I said because that’s what I want it she was trying to be funny, making it out like the young lady didn’t know what she was doing, and rather than the supervision addressing the young lady that was trying to make fun of her, she made it worse by allowing her to do it, and then telling them to cancel my order. When I said, I didn’t want any cheese at all because I don’t eat American she told him to cancel my order and then I watch her Mumble something to the young lady that was making the sandwiches and which I had already been waiting 10 minutes how I ended up getting a burger that taste like it was white all over a dirty grill with American cheese to the bottom of the bread and which I’m actually allergic and I eat it I just wanted to do a review one from this place and anyone in management if you’re watching the reviews please feel free to give me a call and you can refer to my complaint with corporate!

I arrived at 6am as the restaurant is to open at 6am, when I went to dine in the door was locked and the person behind the counter told me they open at 7am…that’s false information, the restaurant is too open at 6am as listed on they website & door but due to the lack of customer service at this particular establishment they are choosing to make up they own hours. I’ll be sure to notify cooperate about this interaction.

I must say this may be the worst Burger King in the city you’re guaranteed to scrape your car trying to squeeze through this tight drive-thru that they have wrapped around this restaurant they know they wrong they know they’re wrong and then once you decide it’s not even worth taking a chance to try to squeeze through this drive through and go inside it was $3 day for a Whopper why not get one why because they’re going to burn one side of the burger and instead of throwing that batch of burgers away no they’re not going to do that they going to slide that burnt one side of Burger on your sandwich send you out the door with it only to get the work hungry and find out that this burger is not even edible and then when I called them back the only thing he’s can say is well if you don’t have a receipt it’s nothing we could do yes I do have a receipt sir but I’m at work and I can’t come back right now and then when I come back on another shift I’m told that they can’t help me it’s bad enough the atmosphere that the location is set up in customer service I guess does not come with a smile anymore and you better check your food before you leave the place because they will give you something that’s not edible
