The Miami, Florida-based hamburger franchise restaurant in this location is neither fancy nor big, but quiet, spacious, and clean. The flame-grilled Whoppers and crisp, golden brown French Fries are served within 10 minutes or less. Sadly, “Coca-Cola Freestyle” is not available in this location. With that, selections of carbonated soft drinks are very limited. Some BK Team Members do not want customers to take pictures in this restaurant.

DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP EVER! I placed an order using the mobile app. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t have milkshakes but they also refused to give me a refund after charging me. I was told I would have to deal with customer service. Customer service offered me a discount on my next order. I don’t want a discount I want a refund. The manager in the store never came out to speak with me and called the authorities on me instead of giving me a refund. Don’t use the app because they will steal your money. The staff is also very scared of conflict and will call the authorities when they are clearly in the wrong for stealing peoples money. The manager needs to be fired because they also can’t handle conflict and ignore irate customers. The only person who helped me was an amazing employee named Willy. He corrected the situation and deescalated the situation. Your manager needs training and Burger King needs to change its policy and way of working. I’m however done eating Burger King.

The service here is absolutely better than most chains. They are very honest about the wait time and more than willing to substitute ingredients/items. We go out of our way just to come to this location.

Last night around closing time my son went to this Burger King to get me a BACON BURGER W/ ONION & BBQ SAUCE! 3 times he had to take it back banging on windows to get them to give him the right burger. He said the upfront staff was gracious about it but the 3rd burger was not cooked, no bbq sauce and COLD because it wasn’t cooked!! Are you serious that you charged my son $10 for what I got? 1 burger? The cook last night was being nasty about it that my son kept going back up there to get the correct burger!! He/she did that on purpose!! Seriously? $10? For a BK burger? Smh! My son said for a $1 more he could have gone to 5 Gu** from now on because that was the nastiest burger I’ve ever had!!! I threw it away because I was in fear the cook could have spit on it or something nasty!!! BK needs to watch out with who they hire and monitor there location’s better!! I wish I took a picture of it because i would post it. I just found out tonight which one he went to!! I had to go to bed last night with NO dinner!!! Appreciate cha!! Never again!

Last week I went through the drive-thru and the young woman on the intercom and at the window was extemely nice and professional. Although the lunch menu had just started, she went out of her way to see whether they still had breakfast left for me to order as I just missed it by 10 mins. Very nice of her!

After the rude racist cashier gave me the food and would not say a single word when I thanked her and was very polite. I counted sandwiches and all seemed there. Nope, my spicy chicken add cheese that I paid for is a fish sandwich.

I had the WORST experience at this restaurant. The evening shift is so unprofessional, lack customer service skills, make food with no gloves, nasty attitudes, and the list goes on. The owner needs to clean house and hire a new team!

Always a fast, cheap meal. I used my app coupons. Waited 4 minutes for fresh nuggets definitely worth getting them fresh. Although i had to drive back through the drive thru because they forgot my fritters. Quick in and out. Not busy at all.
