I used to love this place, but Ive been there 3 times in the past 2 months and each time the drinks were flat. They had no carbonation at all. I know its not rocket science to maintain the machine, so it makes me wonder what else is not being maintained correctly. I will opt for the Burger King a little farther down the road from now on.

Awesome Burger King to stop into to eat. Was waited on by the shift manager and she was polite and friendly. I ordered a Whooper Jr with cheese, small fries and a small drink. Was given my cup and before I could get started my food order was up and ready for me to take to the table. Super fast service. The sweet tea I chose to drink seemed just right. The fries were good. The Whooper Jr with cheese was very well made and good to eat. Awesome job Burger King and employees working at 345 pm Thursday August 12.

I always thought that fast food services had a machine that applied a predetermined amount of condiments to the sandwiches. This particular Burger King should really consider adjusting their Mayo application. My burger was swimming in it. Even after sqeezing out 3 tbs of the stuff, i still couldn’t taste the burger. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

So I must come here during the hours of “dont care” employees. The last two times I have went there my order was trashed. First it was cold fries and a barely warm burger. Tonight I specifically asked for all fresh food and that I was ok with the wait. He even verified that’s what I asked for. We tipped the cashier for being so understanding. We wait over 10 minutes to get our food brought out. No receipt. Nothing was fresh except for the one sandwich. Cold fries once again, cold chicken sandwich. Entirely too much mayo and lettuce. They didnt give me the one sandwich I ordered, instead I got a whopper with no tomatoes or onions, when I ordered chicken…there was so much ketchup and mayo on the burger that even if I wanted to eat it, all youd taste is condiments. 10/10 will not EVER come back to this Burger King again.

I didn’t even want my kids walking on the sticky floors and had to clean off a table and bench with napkins to be able to even sit. Health department needs notified of the uncleanly conditions. Dead flies, filthy floors, tables, bathrooms. Do not eat here.

UNBELIEVABLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Always use the Burger King app to redeem rewards, process usually goes smooth. Not tonight gave her a code from the app to redeem Double cheese burger, medium fries & medium soda. Continued with rest of order. Repeated it and the meal wasn’t added. She told us the code was for points, needed to oder food in order to get them. Tried explaining she asked us to pull up to the first window. Proceeded to try an place our order. Gave her another code. Got an error message only one coupon code per visit. She went got someone she came to the window basically screamed at us “you’ve been holding up the drive thru now 8 minutes, your going to have to move! Go back around!! EXCUSE ME?? The girl seemed like she possibly was new and that is understandable. We were patient no problem, but that is who she is learning from??? Wow we just left! I’ve never ever seen anyone act that way an to scream at us? Is it my fault your employees don’t know how to input orders an perform their jobs? Worst service IN HISTORY! WONT EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. Wish I’d have got her name, sure she wouldn’t have given it to us. Great job Burger King!
