I just came through the drive. Been anxious to try the new Texas whopper and it didn’t disappoint!! Also i would like to commend the young man working the drive through. He was very polite, courteous and accurate with my order. Also, another young man deliver the food to the window who was also very polite and reconfirmed order. I am sorry I didn’t get their names. Keep doing what you’re doing with your training because this was a pleasant surprise to have young people be so polite.

When i came into the store, i wasn’t greeted… and second, there were only 2 people in front of me. Thought it’ll be faster inside but nope..I ordered a medium Whopper meal with a fresh patty and fresh fries. The girl who took my order was alright BUT she did not relay the message to the kitchen girl at all. I used to work for BK a few years ago so i know what’s supposed to happen. After a few mins, i finally got my food. When i reached into the bag, the fries were lukewarm, NOT EVEN FRESH!!! Had to ask for fresh fries afterwards. And i asked if they had the apple pie because i was wanting one… they only have Hershey pie. That’s disappointing!! When i got my drink, i wanted root beer but it’s not working so i had to grab something else….

I ordered whopper burgers . The burgers were frozen cold. Literally cold. Every time I come this place there is always a problem with the food. The manager doesn’t know how to do the refund. It was very inconvenient Every time. They just remake it instead. Never come back to this place.

We pulled up to the drive through with 5-6 cars in front of us. Sat there for 5 minutes or so and figured it would be faster to go inside. After 15 minutes inside we left because not a single customer was helped. It appeared only a few people were working. We left without ordering. I won’t be back.
