Will not be going back. I had to wait in the parking lot for my drive-thru order which isn’t a big deal but when I got my food my fries were barely warm and had the texture like they had been sitting out for hours and the box wasn’t filled all the way. The sweet tea had a weird chemical taste to it. And the chicken nuggets were as dry and hard as can be. First time eating at this Burger King and definitely the last.

Magen I first walked in to the store there was not one employee in sight for at least 2 minutes . Then I gave my order & tried to use a coupon (the survey one) they told me I couldn’t use it , then I proceeded to ask questions & Miamagee decided to bring her very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL opinion over there & proceeds to talk stupid to me then the mgr came who took care of it but that little mouthy Miamagee kept right on talking smack ibehind the mgr . The person taking order clearly didn’t listen I wanted & no pickle with cheese although ordered not charged or put on burger . Food just sloped to gather the audacity of your young workers . Need customer service training , for they are not at their mothers house to talk to your customers like this . Horrible experience will never buy food from this establishment again when I park here again for my 10 hr brake . And will be loaded to truckers page to let the motoring public know how they treat truckers to boycott for the horrific treatment of truckers here at this location .

I ordered a whopper, onion rings, and a large coke. The onion rings were made fresh. The whopper was absolutely delicious. The cashier was really friendly. She greeted me with a smile and she made sure everything was fresh. The store was really clean. The bathroom was really clean too. Plenty of tables to sit at. A all together nice atmosphere. Asked me to pull around after sitting at drive thru for 8 minutes, handed me nothing, waited for 25 more mins out front. They came out with just the sandwiches and said have a good day. I asked about our drinks fries kids meals dessert pies to which they were confused. Took my reciept bc their system didnt have our order. Went back in to get the missing items. Waited another 5 mins before i went in and was told were about to work on the order now. After waiting inside for a few minutes a manager asked where our bag was and another employee handed it out the window. They had to then restart our order for the 3rd time. They still messed up all of our order which was over 90 dollars and while they were doing all of this a lady was standing in the kitchen with a baby.

They have no problems taking orders .they have you pull to the parking lot from the drive thur. 5 workers standing around if the cooks are that slow maybe the ones standing can help!

So happy our town has these new additions. Food has always been good each time me and my husband have went. Jay is the absolute sweetest! He has amazing customer service and the best personality, so happy to hear his kind voice over the speaker when we pull up.

The worst fast food I have ever had! New restaurant and the temperature inside was 90 degrees food tasted really bad and nuggets were cold and really dry maybe cooked 3-4 hours ago, fries were crispy and hot.

The crew is new. Another month and they will be perfect. It will be better the pavement top coat is done. There is a dip coming in from the road. (Edit) leaders/managers can improve business and can kill business. Not seeing good leadership here. Better training, maybe? Skip this place, if you can. They need a lot of work and leadership. Food took forever( inexperienced staff). I went inside and burger slide was full of burgers that didn’t go anywhere. There was alot of food just sitting around in bags. The parking lot was full of customers waiting for food. I thought Hardee’s was bad. Ac&t is still the best food in town.
