I just order through the driveway to go and my daughter wants to use the restroom and I ask if my daughter can use their restroom to one employee he’s name was mustafa he ask somebody else and that person said no . But in these sign said the close dining room at 10 and is only 9 o’clock.

Dirty inside and the man working was rude and argued that the ice coffee was vanilla when it obviously wasn’t. We order them daily and this was darker and more bitter than any other burger kings but he rudely argued that it was vanilla when it obviously wasn’t. Worse service I’ve received from any burger king in the area, avoid the short curly haired man with the attitude problem at all cost.

The sign at the drive through & the main sign both say this is a 24 hour location but the employees in the store @0330 say it’s closed. Other than that I’ve never had bad food here.

The drive through lady was very disrespectful. I ordered my order then when I seen that my drink was a Coke I told her that I wanted Sprite not Coke and she said why didn’t you tell me very disrespectfully, I didn’t told her well why didn’t you ask me when I was getting my order taken at the menu screen then her reaction to that was even worse. I tried to explain to her that she forgot to ask me what kind of drink I wanted the thing is that I was being distracted on my phone she took my order but she never asked me what drink I wanted so she assumed that I wanted a Coke I guess so when I found me a ride to the window and I seen that it was a Coke I asked her if she could replace it with a Sprite and she disrespectfully responded to me in front of my child. When she said that it wasn’t her that Took my order it was someone else !!

So we were heading home when we decided to go to a burger king drive through. Everything was going fine until the worker said “I don’t understand this order”. So we told him politely that we only wanted the sandwich, but that’s when hell broke out. The worker started yelling at use and saying to maybe be more specific in a very rude tone. The food was alright and tasted normal. If someone was very stressed that guy could’ve killed someone over stress. They need better customer service.

Terrible service from the cashier and the manager, this is the kind of person they want me to serve? I had not put a complaint before because I am very calm … but today if they were too rude and haughty … previous times that I came with to eat I have come with my Yorkie dog and they have let me eat peacefully and you can see the cameras, I am a frequent customer at this location.

Awesome taste. Affordable prices. Friendly staff. And clean place. We ordered whopper junior and original chicken sandwich and both were great. We used coupons and the staff were helpful and welcoming. They also have free parking and disabled parking and access. A great experience overall.
