If I could give service a zero I would. I love Burger Kings fish sandwich but I have ordered from here the last 2 days and EVERY TIME 60 percent of my order in wrong. It’s just ridiculous. You can specifically ask for something to be made to your liking and THEY WILL NOT DO IT. Both days items missing out of the bag. Both days just awful service. Only consistency they know is to repeatedly mess things up. Unfortunately for me this is the closest one to my house. I guess it’s time to find a better fish sandwich somewhere else. If you eat here DO NOT GET IT DOOR DASH…… Check your bag!!!

My favorite Burger King. Usually have to wait longer here than other BKs (like 5-15 minutes longer) but the food has always been fresh and super hot and I never feel sick after eating it. Burgers are usually well put together too and always given plenty of fries. Service is a little weird. Regularly 2 to 3 different people will switch off at the window from the time I order to receiving my food. There are a couple of friendly employees but most are not.

I hadn’t been to this particular Burger King in over 8 months due to all of the reasons listed in all of the very poor reviews this store had received. A few days ago with a very tight schedule and since I was driving right past this store, I decided I would stop by and walk in to get take out to prevent what was 8 months ago a very large problem with getting the entire order or even what you ordered. I walked in, was greeted by the woman behind the counter with a hello, how may I help you instead of what used to be what do you want. I ended up 3rd in line with 2 more people behind me. Within 5 minutes I was walking out the door very surprised at the change in the demeanor of the employees. 2 days later, I stopped in again, spoke to a different employee and had the same result. Basically, things appear to be turning in this store so give them another try. Why 4 stars (and not 5) you ask? I didn’t use the drive thru on either visit….maybe next time.

LOVE BK’s breakfast more than any others but would not touch anything after breakfast hours. Their food makes me want to puke. A couple years ago I got an order of nuggets and bit into one and the rest of it poured out as a sludgy white liquid. But I’ve never had anything other than a phenomenal experience with their breakfast. Service is at best great, and at worst just okay. No bad experiences with service.

My experience with The Burger King at this location was very challenging. Instead of waiting in line in the Drive-Thru I decided to go inside thinking it would be much faster. I was wrong. I had very simple order which took over 20 minutes to complete. When I finally checked my order, I noticed my Steakhouse King sandwich was cold. I requested a new one, and 2 minutes later I received the one in the photo attached. As you can see the fried onions featured in promotion photos are missing. I didn’t notice this until I returned home. I was NOT happy. I’ll just make my own at home.

went thru drive thru around10a.m., not busy, no wait. Ordered a breakfast combo biscuit sandwhich, told no biscuits or would be while as they were cooking. Ordered a croissant meal bacon, cheese, and egg. I did not upgrade to larger meal nor was I asked if I wanted to. When I got my order I got an upgraded sausage (not bacon) sandwhich which I had to pay additionally for. Got to the window and took my large coffee. I was not asked if I wanted creme or sugar. I took the coffee and lifted the lid to see if they had put any in there or to be able to if not. The cup was filled to the brim, so the coffee spilled everywhere. While I waited several minutes at the window for my meal, I used napkins I had in the car to clean up the majority of the coffee mess. Then I got my meal with the receiptd and realized I had been upgraded. Didn’t make an issue of it or the spilt coffee. I asked for creme and sugar and was handed a large handfull of both which I sorted the two sugars and cremes I needed and handed the remaining pieces back. Had to ask for ketchup as I looked in the bag and found none. Food was ok. Just remember to be very exact in your order and look out for yourself, as they will not be doing that for you.

This Burger King is usually good, polite and quick. However today I got a chicken sandwich and a sweet tea. You could tell the chicken was old and warmed up again and the sweet tea had a fly in it. Came back to correct the issue and the manager Mary had an attitude and accused me of putting the fly in my tea. She also said she lost the receipt and got mad when one of the employees found it. She also yelled at and cussed at one of the employees for handing me my card back when she left it sitting by the drive thru. When I asked for corporates number she refused to give it to me. She claimed she didn’t know how to put the money back on my card and when I asked if it was possibke to get cash she just kept repeating for me to come back tomorrow. This issue could have been handled quickly and nicely but she had an attitude, accused me and just didn’t care what I had to say.

Our food is always good, but the drive through here is always slow. There have been multiple times we sat in the drive through 10-15 mins or longer. I’ve never gotten the cream or sugar I requested with my coffee any time I’ve ordered it here. We Continue to give our business because it’s close to home and they are consistent in making our food correctly. They finally fixed their speaker in the drive through, for a while that was wacky.
