My food was not hot. I live 7 minutes from the restaurant so when I got home my burger and fries were already cold. I feel that some of the employees are not customer friendly. When I pull up to the drive thru window they don’t even speak other then telling you the price of your meal. So I probably will forgo coming to BK for myself personally. I can go to 5 Guys for better burgers and service.

I used my debit card at the drive through window and the employee shut the window to run my charge, it took several minutes before my card was returned. When my card was returned, the employee was acting odd. Two days later, I get a notice from my bank for an attempted charge that was flagged as possible fraud. Luckily the bank denied the charge. Do not use your debit card at this location.
