We came through here on our way to PA. We were in the drive-through. They took a pretty long time to make our food. Luckily we pulled over to a parking space afterwards to check our food because they totally forgot one of our burgers. The burgers they did include were very sloppily assembled. Not the best spot.

employees were very nice but the food tasted old especially the oil for the fries, or like they were dropped a few times because they were so brown (not burnt just dark). I know Burger King isn’t 5 star but it usually taste a little better

Last two times I ate here we’re pretty bad. The breakfast looked liked it was a few days old and was cold. Last time was lunch and everything was barely room temperature. They messed up topping in the burger. I caught it in the drive through and asked them to fix it. They still didn’t get it right. I will not eat here again.

We stopped here on a road trip. The cashier seemed new and made a small mistake taking our order (just sandwich when it should have been meal). It was rectified by offering us a free fry and drink, which was appreciated. However, we ordered a featured Whopper which should have come with BBQ sauce, onion rings and a special sauce but all were missing. We brought it back in to have that issue corrected and received a replacement burger. Unfortunately the replacement still did not the onion rings but we were too far down the road. We had other special requests on sandwiches which were correct, so I recommend double checking featured items for correctness. Four stars instead of three for the resolution of the missed combo and the three other special items made correctly.

The food is good (not great), but the people that work there really need to try out a slightly more positive attitude. Not much to choose from in Stephen’s City when it comes to food already, and this place could be “the spot” if they would just be more positive. Smile, it doesn’t hurt.

Im a truck driver and staying at the hotel down the street. It was 10:40 and the lobby was closed so my only option if I wanted to eat tonight was to walk through the drive thru which at all other restaurants has not been a problem! The girl at the window was super freindly and helpful but the female manager went out her way to tell me and another truck driver we weren’t allowed to do that! When I explained we were truck drivers and the lobby was closed she was very nasty and said we shouldn’t be truck drivers then! The other girl brought our food to the front door and apologized for her very rude manager! The food was very dry and the soda was watered down tasting! Needless to say I wont be back

Wanted something quick on my way home from a late night at work; Taco Bell had white girls wrestling in the lobby while the employees watched, so I figured I would stop here. The staff was 2 younger guys (and someone in the back I didn’t see or talk to) that were very respectful others and myself. Very quick service (fresh and hot!) and they didn’t seem to hate their job or hate being there like most closing staff tends to express. They acted like family and made it very inviting to people walking in. 5/5 stars – good job team!!!
