Went through the drive thru to use my rewards. The employee said she couldn’t get code to work. I told her it showed that it was deducted. I drove up to the window. She said she didn’t know how to fix it and I had to come inside. We have been to many burger kings including this is one of them that are food is cold and bread hard. I hate to see them go under. We went yesterday for quick bite. Wonderful cheery greater at the drive in speaker. The lady at the pay/pick up window was so cheerful and laughing. Their kindness makes us want to go back and the food was hot and good. Burger King is one of my fav restaurants but this location needs better management. Orders are always incorrect, every visit leads to pull around and we will bring your order out, and the staff plays on the intercom while taking your order. I had to ask who was actually taking my order and they thought it was a joke. Loud music playing when I got to the window and all. Just ridiculous. I will never go back. I live in Short Pump and now drive out of my way when I want BK.
