This Burger King wasn’t the greatest. The staff was not that friendly, and the patty on the whopper was really small. I never saw a patty this small at a Burger King before. I come here all the time but the young lady taking orders at the at the drive through window today was reading off the 12$ special like she was at an auction. I don’t know how she would expect anyone with any disabilities to place and order with her talking so fast. I even ask her to say it again because I could not understand and again Could not understand anything she was saying. Very disappointing for sure today. Everything was fresh, they got my food out quickly and on top of that the lady that took my order was so nice and patient, she didn’t give attitude like most other places. That’s how fastfood should be, Fast, fresh, and no attitude. Great job y’all . I went to the drive thru yesterday morning at around 810am on April 6th. My hash browns was cold asked for fresh ones was told drive to front of store. I then said let me eat my biscuit while waiting it was hard as a brick. Drove around girl named Peggy came to window from cooks line told me i was unppreciative and need go home and cook the biscuits are always hard. They gave me another and it was hard to so I got a crescent. I never been to a restaurant and they told me to go home and cook.

Placed order through drive through and got the food quickly,and that was a red flag to me since I ordered a fish sandwich which usually is guaranteed to be cooked upon ordering it,usually.This was not the case the one they gave me was about 3/8″ thick and smaller than the small bun it was hidden on,now when opened i also found nothing else,no tartar sauce or lettuce or pickles oh did I say it was stone cold well it was it was colder than my the temperature of my drink.I would have thought the quality of this store would have been its top priority since drive through is basically what has kept its employees from being furloughed, at this rate your store will probably be closed for good in the near future.This review is for my fellow residents of Mechanicsville, dont stop at this store ,if you do walk next door to McDonald’s to eat if you want to get food that looks like the menu pictures. I will be contacting the manager of this store when it opens on Monday!!!I only gave it a one star so I could post this review,it deserves a- star rating or a f- for their food.
