Ordered 2 meals and 3 extra sanwhiches. They parked us until it was ready, which we understand. They brought the food out and a fry was missing. Went back into the store and 2 cashiers were in the front. Neither acknowledged me at first. One was ringing up her food and the others personal phone rang and she answered. It wasn’t until the one cashiers food was ready that I was asked what I needed, not without attitude either. Horrible customer service skills.

While Hurricane Florence catfished Chesapeake, Va, I was out trying to find breakfast for the family (Hubby, our 6 kids, 2 German Shepards and myself). I did not realize how hard it would be. Multiple breakfast spots were closed and one did not have enough to feed us. We gave this Burger King a shot (close to home, but 1st time visiting) We went through the drive thru and were told they did not have enough biscuits. Instead, they went over and beyond by putting some on croissant’s. Granted, we did order 14 biscuits and hash browns, but the wait was not bad at all. Everyone working had a smile on their face and were nice. This has been our best experience at any Burger King!
