I very rarely go to fast food, maybe a couple times a year, but my son really wanted one of those meals with a toy. When we entered, the employees were yelling and cursing. The cashier was not personable at all. The kitchen was dirty. The dining room is dirty. The drink machine was out of syrup. I tried two different drinks from that coca-cola machine and both were not good. Food was at least warm, but that’s about all I can say. While we were eating, the employees were sitting on the counter and focused on their phones. I won’t be going back to this location.

Ordered through their app for my family of 5. Gave them extra time out of consideration because of the size of the order. When it still wasn’t ready for pickup, I inquired at the counter and learned their broiler was down. Was referred to an 800 number for a refund, which no matter what number I selected, told me to contact Customer Support through the app. I did that and received a response that they couldn’t do anything after an order is placed. I would like my almost $50 refunded, please. Thanks.

On this day I bought 3 $1 tacos #burgerking @2925 Bridge RD Suffolk, VA. It looks nothing like the commercial, my three tacos inside looked pureed and they were extra crunchy like they were deep fried or really stale . Glad it was only $3, I was so mad , should’ve opened or eaten one before I got home, You be the judge, Taco Bell still King . BK stick to burgers
