Came to Burger King in Collinsville Va we ordered food, a whopper king and impossible king due to allergies, we requested special things on our food, received our food and wrong wrapper wrong label so of course I’m going to check the food and it was incorrect went back to Burger King and let them know it was in correct all together the patty and the condiments so we asked to have only 3 specific items on the impossible and the lady said in a rude tone “it’s wrong” I said yes ma’am the entire thing was incorrect. She asked how and we proceeded to tell her it was supposed to be impossible patty, cheese, mustard, pickles and tomatoes. With a smart response from her she said it doesn’t come with tomatoes and I said ma’am when we placed our order we specifically requested how we wanted the food. Then with another smart response so how do you want it? To me the staff was extremely rude and not trained correctly. I will not be returning to this location again. My next step will be contacting district manager.

Took a great deal of time to get 1 Whopper, 1 Chicken Sandwich and a 4pc. Kids meal. The whopper was with cheese no pickles. That was the only my thing that was changed or different. I didn’t understand because they were not busy at all. It was 1 car in front of us and they were gone probably 15 minutes before we were ask what we wanted. I love Burger King it’s my favorite fast food place but I don’t think my son will go back anymore unless he has to. He said they could of at least apologize for taking so long but we didn’t get a thank you, y’all come back or anything.
