All we ordered was two chocolate shakes. They looked like vanilla they were so white. Rarely any chocolate added to it at all. Couldn’t even drink it it tasted so nasty.

It’s a burger king. It’s not real busy, most of the time because of the location.

It wouldn’t be fair to give any less stars seeing as I don’t even know how good this particular Burger King’s food is. I’m writing this review to let you know that the time Google has for what time they close is wrong. They close at 8 not 9 & 11. This seems to be a popular thing to do lately. Restaurants close when they feel like it. I understand things are difficult right now. I also understand that many people don’t want to work right now. What I don’t understand is not letting the customers know until they arrive & try to order. They are either ignored or told the place is closed. That’s what Burger King has done. Google says the drive-thru is open until 11 yet when one goes to the menu board, they are met with “we closed at 8.” I’m not that upset about it. I just think it would be in their best interests to change their hours so no one has to waste their gas to find out they’re closed.

The line moved quick however, getting chicken fries fast they were not fresh, so I asked the older lady at the second window working at 12:51 on this Monday the 18th of October if i could have fresh chicken fries. Only for her to shrug me off and act like it was a complete problem for me to get fresh food that I paid for. Instead of me just pulling up and having them bring fresh ones out. She said I needed to get out of the way I’m holding up the line and I would either need to drive all the way back around the line or come inside and wait in line. After I’ve already paid. I assumed I would be taken care of. If your not going to hand out fresh food dont make it my fault when i ask for it. Highly unhappy about how rude she was making me out to be a nuisance. If it’s an issue I’ll take my money elsewhere. I know the job can be hectic but being polite will also go along way.
