Do not go to the sabraton exit burger king. No manager that I saw anywhere waited in line for 20 minutes and never got waited on. This B.K. is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Cooks look like they just got out. Prison tats and the whole works. I’ve called and still never got the answers I was looking for. I won’t go again!

Oh sweet mother of all things of holy chocolate…this BK was soooo freaking good. If you are ever driving through this area there is never anything special to stop at a BK for food. HOWEVER this particular BK..fresh fries..fresh tomatoes and onions and pickles. The patty itself oh had such flavor and the cheese was perfectly melted. I totally got the burger from the commercial!! It hit all the spots and even the spots i didn’t even know i needed to be hit.

Tried to get the 2 for 7 deal but the drive thru person typed the order in wrong and charged us $15. Tried to get him to correct it at the window and he refused and told us we would have to cancel the order and go through drive thru again, waiting in line a second time if we wanted the discount. Ridiculous.

Went to the drive thru. There was only 1 other car ahead of me. When I got to the speaker the guy said “its going to be a while we’re backed up” I waited 20 minutes at they never got back to me so I left. Absolutely ridiculous.

Screaming match. Food was okay, the red headed worker that was at drive thru and another worker was screaming at each other and cussing while I’m waiting at the window for my food. I won’t be coming back. I used to love this Burger King but, clearly the workers can’t work together and if they can’t there will be many mistakes. Get a better crew or figure out what’s going on and fix the issue. Do better Burger King.

Absolutely the worst service I had !! The lady with the purple hair was tripping out and cussing. She was threatening to walk out on her employees. She was totally rude to the customers. A Mexican gentleman order 10 double whooper meals and the purple hair chick and the guy taking the order was so incredibly rude and disrespectful towards him. Not to add the racist comments. The purple hair chick was cussing and very angry that she had to work. Every person that walked thru the door she tripped out on . She had people walking out of the restaurant .

Service was Absolutely awful! Very, VERY unprofessional. Lady working FOH was slamming her drawer and throwing food everywhere and rude to the customers. I’ve never seen such behavior in my life! Not to mention the cheese on my breakfast sandwich looked as if it sat out all night (disgusting) short staffed as well. There was only two people working during a morning rush. The cook held his self together congrats to him. Sadly, they should lock the doors hopefully its not always this way.

Paid through the app using points. The man at the drive through kept barking “It’s unpaid” to me. I showed him my receipt from my email and he would only repeat “It’s unpaid”. I hope I can get my points back because I couldn’t get my food!
