My service was horrible. I ordered my food at the drive thru. My order came to $37 for four meals. I got my order and drove home. When i opened my bag, i noticed my kids’ food was not in the bag. I immediately called the store to tell them about my issue. I said i would come back to get my food bit my food i have at home would be cold by the time i got back, and could i get my order made fresh because it actually wasn’t my fault. I was told to eat my food in front of my hungry kids and then come and get the other half of my order. I immediately drove back up there and asked for a refund. They never gave me a refund but instead treated me like i wasn’t a customer at all. I warn anyone wanting to eat here. This place is horrible and the management is very unprofessional and rude.

Great experience for my family and I. We are from Ohio and traveling through North carolina for our vacation. We stopped here around 730 pm Friday August 4th. It was one of the best fast food experiences ever. The food was fresh and hot. I wish i knew his name but the gentleman at the order screen/pick up window was SO courteous and professional. I hope he can be recognized, as well as the rest of the staff that evening. Thank you all!

I had ordered my daughter and son food for lunch today. I ordered it before my lunch break at work so I would have plenty of time to pick it up and get back to work. For starters, the app gave me the option to pick up, drive through, or pick it up at the counter. I have one Burger King located near me to where I can place an order so the address was never the issue. I got to Burger King well last 30 minutes if my order and had clicked the “I’m here “ option several minutes before arriving, again making sure it would be ready for me when I got there. I sent my 14 year old in to get the food, our order number was 929. The young man behind the counter was very nice, his name is Brian. He told her that he didn’t see an order for us but he would ask. So he did, hat manager told my daughter they don’t do mobile orders through the inside and mobile orders could ONLY be done through drive through, refer to my previous line about drive through, pick up, inside. The option to pick it up at the counter was there. Anyways, my daughter comes back to the car advises me what she was told and that the manager said I probably ordered at the wrong store. I have placed pick up orders there several times in the past and know that this can be done. So I proceed to go in, this order was right at $30 so I wanted to get the order OR my money back. The same young man asked me how he could help and I showed him the app, where I had paid, etc. he told me he would check. The lady at the window was very nice but couldn’t help as she was busy of course with drive through. So then he goes to the assistant manager, ROSALYN, who was putting food into bags. She told him “she probably orders at the wrong store”. I said ma’am I have the app pulled up and can show you the address. She came to me and said “we don’t see it, it’s not my problem”. I was a little shocked. I said you told my daughter the same thing when she came in, I’m not trying to be ugly but I just need my food or money back. She looked at my 14 year old and said “that’s not what I told you, I told you we don’t take orders inside for mobile orders” and was extremely hateful towards my kid when she said it. She proceeds to walk away from me and I again told her I’m not trying ti cause issues and asked if she had the order or the $$. She said “if you will give me a minute I’m going to check” and thre her hands up. Rude is an understatement at this point. The lady from the window bless her heart was trying to be helpful but was too busy. The young cashier said “can’t we out her order in the system and give it to her, you can see she’s paid” she then barked at him and said “no, I’m not, it don’t work that way” at this point I could tell I was getting where and she told me to contact the app as that is where I had placed my order. Never once did she apologize, so I left and went back to work. I called another Burger King location 30 minutes away to see if I could get a managers number. Rosalyn, the hateful lady at the store is not the manager, she’s the ASSISTANT, and ended up calling me almost 2 hours later telling me they had my order. I explain to her that I had already dealt with her in the store and preferred not to deal with her any longer due to her rudeness and the way she approached her customers. She then stated that she was calling me to let me know they had my order. I advised that was fine but I would prefer someone OVER her to call me because she didn’t know how to treat customers and she didn’t know how NOT to talk to a child the way she did mine. At this point she hung up the phone. She is super rude, not only to me and my child but to the young man who was providing far better customer service than she was. I never got my order, and still have not received a refund. If the Mount Airy location wants to keep business they need ti train their customer service workers on PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE

Burger Kings drive thru personal just yelled at me saying I need to speak up she can’t hear me and I said excuse me, I haven’t said anything yet. And she said, well what do you want. I said nothing now, I don’t deal with rude service. And I pulled away and went to Wendy’s and they were so nice. That is the 3rd time the drive thru personal at Burger King drive thru in mt airy has been extremely rude to me. I’ll never go back.

Went by to pick up some food and use my reward points. Used them and an on-line offer and got something off the actual menu well they of course screw up the codes and make me use a new one so then they said it wasn’t worken but it had taken my free points. When I asked them what they were gonna do about it the old woman manager refused to do anything and refused to help then had to just cancel the hold order. Not only did I not get any food but also lost all my points. The manager there always screws up something and refuses to help. I am truly disgusted with how I was treated and will be callen corporate to complain. Anyone that lives in mount airy nc or near there do not go to this burger king on 601 it Is a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves

I went in for a second interview today for a job and the manager Paula I think is her name told me she didn’t want to hire me because she felt like it would be temporary that if I got a better job offer than I would take it.. but they can hire all these miner to work there that will be returning to school in a few months…let’s talk to corporate office and see what they say about there managers discrimination there…

This Burger King is honestly my favorite fast food place to eat in Mount Airy. I have never once walked away from this Burger King feeling like I didn’t eat a good meal. their fries are always really good and so are the burgers .

Ordered a chocolate milkshake and a chocolate Oreo cookie shake….they used chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream to make chocolate because they DO NOT have chocolate ice cream. And then it was runny and milky tasting. Would give zero stars. See the chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup… would have been better to go anywhere other than here

I wouldn’t waste your time or money. Firstly, they forgot our drinks, next our order ended us being messed up and we had to wait through the line again to get it fixed. Not to mention the unfriendly employees, the food was astronomically high, and to top it off, a large fry is now equal to what used to be in a kids meal!! I believe we’re done with the King for good.
