Went to Burger King on 4/23 around 7pm and ordered an impossible whopper only ketchup, pickles and cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed my burger had mustard, Mayo and ONIONS all on it!! I am completely disappointed in the service provided and was unable to eat my meal due to the amount of onions smothered on my burger. I was quite upset and hungry to say the least and did not have my meal my way.

I sat down in the dining area to eat my meal, and the server called out to me. I didn’t open it yet, and the server asked for it back. I gave it to her and she put it it in a drive through order. The employee in the food prep area made my sandwich and handed to to me. The wrapper was covered in oil/mayonnaise. The sandwich didn’t have any lettuce at all. This is the last time I eat there.

Service was excellent. Staff very pleasant. But the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was tiny and the biscuit crusty. The egg was very very thin, and so was the sausage patty. I monitor my glucose, and later in the morning it was very high. Very sorry I cannot recommend the breakfast food.

Big mistake coming here. They ask me to pull up and wait at main doors even though Im rhe only customer. There’s 3 employees smoking pot at the dumpster as I write this. Still waiting on my Foo!. WOW ridiculous. I guess I’ll get my money back. I dont trust food coming from a situation lile this. Okay they just come out and of course the order was wrong they left out one of my burgers so I had to sit there even longer and let the food get cold so I could wait on them to make another and I’ve still not seen another customer come through and I’ve been here over 20 minutes apparently I’m only person in Winston that knows not to come here.

I use to work here and I would never ever tell someone to come eat here. Ceiling leaks food is made wrongful at night they shut down early they close the lobby early. At night food is put into the microwave all fried food is fried together broiler is broken down early so no fresh meats. Bacon is stored under food station over night and half the time it’s not cooked all the way. Cookies sit in the bin sometimes for a full week. They play with your money take your hours and give to their favorites. Overall this is the worst Burger King to work and to eat.

The worst Burger King ever this location needs a whole new staff and should be shut down. No need to go into details if you been here you already know how bad it is. I sat at the menu 15 minutes before being told just pull to the window to place my order then told to pull to the parking lot with all the other cars that were in front of me so another 15 minutes for my food 30 minutes wasted at a supposed to be fast food restaurant but I rule so they say lol

Worst customer service ever, had to wait ( pulled up from drive thru) for our order which was only 2 rodeo burgers, 1 double cheeseburger and a 8 piece nuggets with bbq sauce… after waiting for 13 minutes outside My boyfriend went in to see if they had forgotten about our order…lobby was completely empty and no one else in drive thru…the entire staff was cutting up, yelling across the store and several were outside smoking…he got the food and come to the car…it was burnt , old, dry, hard and disgusting and not to mention we even got the wrong sauce… My dogs got the nuggets but even they didn’t eat the meat… now that’s a first … I will never be back to that store
