Waited a total of 20 minutes between ordering, paying and receiving my food. As soon as I opened the bag to see if everything was correct, I noticed that the onion rings were cold. After an additional 7 mins they finally gave me some new onion rings, but by that time my burger was already cold. This place is always like this. That’s why I’ll never return!

Had a doordash delivery to pick up and the doors were locked – only open for drive-thru with cars wrapped around the building. Maybe they were short staffed, probably so, why else would the doors be locked at dinnertime on a Friday, but locking the doors shouldn’t be an option. If you’re having drivers delivering for your business, they should be allowed to enter the building for pick-ups and not wait through a long drive-thru. I don’t write a lot of bad reviews, most are 5 star, and most of my negative reviews are about things that don’t involve the food.
