I went through the drive thru and had to wait for like 9 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. And when I get up there they didn’t know how to enter my vertical gift card on screen to pay so therefore I wasn’t able to get everything I intended to at first. So I got my son a happy meal and they were out of toys which is fine but then they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies for it either. So they were offering a vanilla small ice cream in cup or on cone. I choose the cup and the burger was warm but fries wasn’t they were extremely cold and the fry paper holder wasn’t even full of fries. So I usually have better food and service from this location but not tonight.

Holy goodness!!! If I could get negative stars I would because this was completely COMPLETELY unacceptable! Not only was the girl at the window completely distracted from her job having personal conversations and laughing with other employees, but we sat in line for almost 40 minutes! Nobody inside and only one car in front of us! Granted the orders were right and we love some whoppers but come on 37 minutes when they aren’t busy? No thanks! We will pay the extra in gas to go to a different restaurant

Every time I take my grandkids there to eat..I order the same thing…2, 16 piece chicken nuggets meals with large fries and a drink. I was told that I didn’t order large fries or the lady didn’t hear me..I had already been in the line waiting for a long time.. in the drive thru.. they are so slow every time also. I was told by the manager on duty that it wouldn’t be fair to just give me large fries without redoing the entire sale. It wasn’t my fault the girl wasn’t listening to what I told her I wanted… past 2 times I have been there. I have to end up going inside to get the rest of our food! I won’t be back!
