Wow, could this be the first time anyone’s ever received good service from a Burger King!? Super fast, super friendly service. There were 6 cars in front of me in the drive through and I doubt I waited a full minute from the time I ordered until I was leaving with my food. The manager greeted me, thanked me for my business, and wished me a good day. The gentleman who handed me my order asked me about my day, verified and checked my order, and then wished me a good day. My order was exactly right and my food was hot and fresh.

First time here and my last time. Service was absolutely horrible. I wanted a whopper so we came to this location which was a bad decision. I ordered the double whopper with fries. The girl working behind the counter had no manners and no respect for me as a customer, it was like cold service, period. The guy who took the order “Danial” was really rude until he seen me take his picture. The floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. Flies were bad. When I got to the table my whopper was half cooked raw in the middle. This place needs attention! Bad Bad business, it needs to be closed down. If you can’t treat your customers right, who’s gonna want to come here? Just look at the way she was handing me my food in that pic. I asked her which one was the sweet tea but she ignored me. The photo’s tell it all. They acted just like they hate there jobs.

it is really hard to be a Whopper.there’s nothing like a whopper. At least I don’t know of any place like. With that said, the employees are exceptionally great and the place is extremely clean. The only “beef” that I have would be the prices. Eight years ago, the price for a Whopper was $1.99. Fast forward to eight years later, they have more than doubled in price and are over $5 a piece. That’s a little extreme for one burger. But other than that, everything else is great.

Purchased almost $40 worth of food. Missed 3 items first time around. Overcharged $13 for items we didn’t receive. Food was cold and mangled. Pathetic in all ways. I can’t believe what we must pay for food now, and what is received. Ignorant, entitled, petulant adults who hate their $15 dollar an hour job. Will not come back to this or any other BK again.

I will share with you in the past I was always skeptical as the place was not kept up and employees were generally loud and didn’t care about being there. Last night my son and I went into BK and ordered a Whopper Jr. My son wanted it plain. After we sat down he shared with me plain with cheese. So I went up to order a new burger and the person at the counter asked if I wanted just cheese and I said sure. So I took the cheese back to the table. Less than a minute later an employee approached me and Identified herself as the GM, she wanted to know if she could take the sandwich and make my son a new one. She was so friendly and polite. This had not been my experience in the past. She shared with me she started there 5 months ago. She recognized my work shirt and we had mutual friends. I will tell you I was very impressed with the new General Manager. Thank you for smiling. Very refreshing.

At 12:20 in the afternoon they closed the lobby after I was in. Lady finally came behind the counter I had to leave go to the drive though because they were training new people to get used to the drive through. Makes no sense. I left.
