This location is awful and should be closed down. There are never any cars in the drive thru for a reason. I just gave it another chance after a few years of avoiding this BK. I got 2 original chicken sandwiches. 1 was hot and had just been cooked another was dark and cold. They both had brown lettuce and were gobbed with a disgusting amount of mayonnaise on both sides of the bun. I removed the lettuce and wiped off the mayo with a napkin. I threw one sandwich away. I regret eating the 1. My son got a cold dry double cheeseburger. We won’t be back. Nasty in my opinion.

It was 98 degrees so went to the drive through as there were only four cars ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the order machine thing, and then I was told to “hang on a minute” which was five minutes. Finally ordered, and when I got to the window was told my italian chicken sandwich was cooking and to wait out front and they would bring it to my car. Waited another 15 minutes, went in to see if they forgot me, got no answer, waited another five, walked in again and women I ordered from snapped at me and said “I told you it was cooking!” Got home and the sandwich was not even what I ordered! Keep in mind as I waited three staff were on break – this was at 12:30 lunch rush. Bad place, stay away!

Check before you go…they have limited hours for dining and drive thru. Speed of service and hash rounds have improved somewhat since I last visited (i was only one there, so not sure about lunch rush). Looks like the black ceiling was replaced since covid, now brighter being white.

I don’t get it. This is the second time I’ve come inside during the afternoon within 8 months just to be told they are ONLY ACCEPTING orders thru the drive thru. Meanwhile, cups and napkins and personal lunch boxes and drinks all over on the dining room tables. Sometimes, you just want to sit down inside. So then I go through the drive thru and ask for coke and get Mello yellowish or sprite tasting drink I immediately spit out cause it wasn’t what I ordered and what if it was some employees drink on accident? How do you mix up coke with sprite unless you’re doing it on purpose? I’ll just go to other burger places going forward and skip this one.

I’m disappointed because the Customer Service doesn’t have to be so bad. BUT I can tell it’s corporates fault. Same ppl, every day, and because they need the money, they do it. But it would be nice if corporate would pay these ppl more, then I’d get better service, I’m pretty sure.

I placed an online order for pick up when I went through the drive through I gave them my name and the order number. It took about 10 minutes to get up to the window then they asked me to pay. I had already paid on the app they then try to give me the incorrect order. I told them what I ordered set there at the window for 5 minutes and then they still gave me the wrong order. Burger King you need to get it together.
