I don’t understand how this establishment is still in business. My husband placed a mobile order 08/10 at 9:43. He arrived at 9:51 to get our order and didn’t leave with our food until 10:10. No too much of a wait BUT the service was terrible. The young lady at the drive thru window was texting on her phone when she should’ve been giving us our food. She handed my husband our food once she was done texting. This was very unprofessional and she obviously had no regard for people’s time. Looking at the number of negative reviews I can tell Corporate could care less about the type of people they hire or to even attempt to correct the issues within this facility. I will travel to Knightdale before I go back to the Burger King in Zebulon.

Ummm. My family and I usually don’t eat burger King but once in a while why not! Right? This burger king is really close to my house so it was convenient. The food tasted fresh and good! But the service sucked big time!!! The girl who took care of us that day had an unpleasant attitude and besides all of that she forgot to add the chicken nuggets that I was craving! Updated: This is a update to the last….the food was good and staff pleasent… Today was a good day as a customer here…a little warm in the dining room though….the store still is recently remodeled…a little to much of a open floor plan…i.e…divider walls taken out and everyone is sitting with everyone… My biggest complaint is how loud the drive thru speaker is ..it over powers conversation in the dinning room…they need to turn down the volume some…

The reality is that they just didn’t want to pull any more meat out because it was 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close. This mindset is the opposite of quality customer service. This is a bad culture to have in the food service industry. If I were the manager, I would be highly embarrassed by this behavior.
