As slow as they are literally just me and one other car. We both were asked to pull up, and we’re just sitting here waiting. How long does eggs take to cook. Slow service, completely unacceptable. Do they not have people working? Up the payroll.

I Ordered 1 Whopper no cheese, 1 whopper Jr and a large fry. All the food was cold the buns were soggy and the fries were under cooked and cold. When I checked out I could not use cash because, they had no change. What’s even sadder is, I was the only one in the drive thru lane. This was not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this Burger King but I assure you after this visit, it will definitely be my last time at THIS location. I can’t keep buying and throwing food away because it’s cold and messy. With the cost of food at a fast food restaurant these days there is no acceptable reason it can’t be served fresh and hot. Note for management/owner If your food can’t be served eatable there is absolutely no reason to be opened for business, I have never left a review like this before but after repeated visits to your restaurant and the quality of the service is sub par I see no reason to take a chance again when there’s other places to eat and meal will be hot or at least warm. I hope your able to get fully staffed and the quality of the food gets addressed immediately regardless of staffing.

Your online and door hours list your drive-thru closes at 11 pm on Saturdays so I expect to be able to order food through that option at 10 pm. False advertising doesn’t help feed hungry families traveling through your area with already limited options.

The manager and employees that were working were very polite and made me smile. Best I’ve seen in a long time at any fast food establishment.

Placed an order on the online app. Pulled up to the drive-thru. Radio silence. Pulled up to the window, two employees were hiding in the back. But exposed themselves because they were thirsty and grabbed a drink out of the mini fridge. I didn’t see faces but do yourself a favor and get new employees who actually want to work.

TOO FUNNY! BK for lunch. Drive-thru. First, I’m blown out of my seat by the incredibly loud, squawking order menu. The clerk’s headset is having mechanical problems. So I tell him to turn down the mic. Lower. No lower. He can’t hear me but I can hear him and the garble in 2 States. We finish my order at the window. While waiting for the food, it starts raining tiny foam confetti everywhere. Blowing in my car, in the drive-thru window. Finally, I yell what is this, where is it coming from? Calmly, the clerk says it’s coming from the construction next door. What?! Sure enough, next door the crew is cutting/installing foam insulation. So, the food was great. The fries were perfect. But I’m not returning until I know what the construction crew is doing. Those tiny white dots all over the pics and my car hood is the confetti from the insulation framing the building…a pain to remove with a vac at $1.25 every 4 minutes. But sometimes you just have to laugh at nearly impossible situations happening that really are harmless.

Got two impossible whoppers and a burger with cheese. Impossibles came with cheese and were burnt pitch black. Came back to correct issue only to realize drive through closed an hour early. On the flip side service was kindly and the regular burger, turned out very well.
