It is incredible that a chain like Burger King has several locations in which some, how is it where I was present this morning to order my breakfast of the day, have a service that is completely disapproved. They should worry about their work staff, who are the ones that make it possible for them to succeed as a company. As customers we deserve the best since we consume their products and pay for a service that should be excellent. it is time to stop resting on your laurels. my rating for this location is 0. the manager of the place was very stressed and all the customers behind me had 30 minutes waiting for their orders from him. I asked the manager what was the reason for so much waiting and he told me it was because they didn’t have staff available on weekends and they were training some. come on Burger King if you claim to be the king of burgers show it by putting trained people to serve professionally.

Awful time management. It was a little busy to begin with so we didn’t mind waiting but even after it calmed down they took forever to even come up to the register. We asked for no mayo and no cheese on a burger and they added mayo so we asked nicely, mind you nicely, and they returned it with cheese. Also I don’t know why some of the workers thought Spanish was some sort of secret language that only they spoke. Very rude and condescending after they made the mistakes. Last time we come here.

This morning I paid almost $8 for a chicken biscuit combo. They did not have biscuits so I was stuck with a croissant with holes. Then they had a chicken pattie the same size as a 50¢ piece. When I took the sandwich back the only thing the ladies could tell me is they all small. They should have put two patties on it since they were small and out of biscuits.

I ordered from this location twice so far and each time my order has been wrong and the fries have been disgusting. The fries and hash browns taste like they are cooked in a month old grease. The croissant patties has a texture of over cooked or day old, not sure but its not great at all and very stomach turning. The appearance of the exterior building appears to not have been cleaned for a while! The drive through windows are very dirty. I can only imagine how the interior looks. I will not be visiting this location again!
