Service was a bit slow because the place was short staffed. The whopper was hot, fresh and had a decent amount of toppings. The fries were hot and fresh as well. Even though the service was a bit slow, the employees were friendly and helpful. Best fast food experience I have had in awhile!! 4/25/2023 around 8:20pm. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!!

Burger King is consistent but not usually my first choice. Reason being, the French fry portions and ice ratios in the drinks are much different here. I typically get the standard size meal and the fry container is dinky. The drink is 90% ice so I always run out of drink and fries be fore my burger is gone. I don’t have this issue at McD’s or hardies. However the food tastes good and it’s freshly made and that’s the important aspect and the reason for a 5.

The service and food is always decent, but recently had a bad experience while waiting in drive thru. Was approached by a homeless person asking for money and/or food. Then proceeded to harass us most of the way to the window. Called management and they refuse to acknowledge the issue or do anything about it.

The manager made it an issue when I asked for another syrup as if it’s his. If someone is requesting for condiments just provide it to them because there is no need to give them a hard time. No one ever comes to this restaurant so they should appreciate every customer they get. They don’t value their customers and the hard earned money we spend. This restaurant should be shut down anyway. Why can’t every restaurant be like Chick fil a, there’s never an issue when you ask for more condiments.
